My dad treated me to breakfast at The Egg and I before I went back to school after the Easter holiday (yes, I know it’s been a while, and that I am very lucky to have such an awesome dad). This is their Patriot Waffle—quite delicious! Definitely a great way to start the day (although I really could have ate two of these).

Coffee date with my dad at Cà Phê Phin! It was very delicious. If you are in the area, I definitely recommend this coffee shop. I intend to buy a bag of their coffee before I leave for Maryland for the summer. I just love Vietnamese coffee.

Went to a family friend’s house and had homemade beignets with El Lago Coffee!

I went out to breakfast with my dad the first Saturday of Spring Break! The iced Vietnamese coffee and delicious authentic Belgian waffle were delicious! If you are in the area, I would definitely recommend this quaint place. The owner went to Belgium and learned the recipe for original Belgian waffles.

Canterbury Naturals creamy Tomato Basil soup with Grissini Torinesi Rosemary breadsticks! It is so delicious. Plus that soup mix makes 4 quarts of soup, so for one person, that lasts at least a few days.
